Description
Constellis is hiring a Security Sergeant to serve as a shift supervisor when a Lieutenant is absent and otherwise perform Security Officer duties with additional supervisory responsibilities. The role oversees field Security Officers, responds to emergencies, provides recurring on-the-job training, prepares reports, uses employer- and buyer-provided computer hardware and software, and works Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It requires U.S. citizenship, age 21 or older, a valid driver's license, current Top Secret/SCI clearance, background checks, at least two years of similar security experience, English communication and writing skills, and successful completion of required training, certifications, licensing, and drug screening.
