Description
The Security Service Center (SSC) Program Manager will lead the development and improvement of Google’s globally distributed Security Service Center ecosystem, which supports the 24/7 Global Security Operations Center’s intake, triage, management, and escalation of physical security incidents and threats. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, maintains the network of distributed SSC hubs, analyzes operations, and collaborates with security operations teams to scale and optimize physical security risk detection, assessment, and mitigation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs across multiple regions, along with multidisciplinary program management experience.
