GC&E Systems Group is hiring a Security Service Coordinator in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, Georgia, to coordinate and direct daily service activities for electronic security technicians and subcontractors. The role manages the service response lifecycle from customer calls and ticket creation through dispatch, closeout, invoicing, billing reconciliation, warranty and service-agreement administration, parts ordering, and customer communication. It is primarily office-based with occasional travel to customer sites and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of service coordination, dispatch, or service desk experience, and a valid driver’s license.
