Description
Devoteam is hiring a Security Service Delivery Manager to manage the daily delivery of SOC services for an assigned customer portfolio, ensure SLA and KPI compliance, serve as the escalation and trusted contact for client stakeholders, lead service review meetings, and translate technical information into business terms. The role requires at least five years of experience in a SOC or MSSP environment, including at least two years in service delivery, and is hybrid with three days of remote work and two days in Madrid or Barcelona. Required technologies include Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, CrowdStrike NGSIEM, CrowdStrike Falcon, Sophos Intercept X, Sentinel One, and Microsoft Defender ATP, along with C1 English.
