Description
The Security Field Engineer will provide remote technical support and perform on-site interventions for security and IT solutions across Belgium. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ticket management, maintenance, software updates, backups, configuration of servers, workstations, networks, and security systems, installation of CCTV and access-control equipment, documentation, inventory management, and on-call participation. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, IT and security knowledge, experience with servers, networks, cameras, access control, and intrusion systems, strong communication and documentation skills, Dutch and French proficiency, and flexible availability.
