Description

Intersnack IT KG is hiring a Security Services Tower Manager to own and manage group-wide infrastructure security services across EUC, groupware, networks, data centre, cloud, storage, and infrastructure applications. The role covers architecture, technology roadmaps, service delivery, security controls, vendor management, incident resolution, capacity planning, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with internal teams, infrastructure architects, and external service providers. The position is based in Germany, may involve up to 20% travel, and does not offer visa or work-permit sponsorship.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive professional experience in IT, including IT service management, infrastructure environments, and team or service leadership
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure security, cyber security operations, or security engineering
Hands-on experience with SOC, SIEM, EDR, NDR, incident response, and vulnerability management
Experience supporting global IT operations with ITIL-based service management
Experience in capacity planning, service optimisation, and continuous service improvement
Experience working across multiple infrastructure towers
Preferred Qualifications: German language knowledge
