Description
The Security Manager oversees the main Security Control Room, ensures security systems and procedures are followed, manages emergency and fire-evacuation response, conducts security investigations, supports physical searches and security-product movements, and coaches direct reports. The role requires O-level education, security experience and a license, knowledge of production processes, strong communication and team-management skills, and the ability to investigate security breaches and coordinate emergency responses.
