Description
The Security Shift Manager oversees daily operations of a security department, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and company assets. The role manages staffing and scheduling, training, hiring, performance reviews, discipline, budgeting, employee grievances, and coordination with law enforcement. It requires a high school diploma, at least five years of law enforcement or casino security experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, a Virginia Gaming License, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on an as-needed basis. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000.
