Description
The Security Shift Manager oversees day, swing, or graveyard security patrol operations across LVCVA property, leading security and perimeter security supervision teams, managing incident investigations, training, drills, event security planning, schedules, overtime, compliance, and internal investigations. The role may serve as acting Department Head and requires a high school diploma, at least three years of progressive supervisory or management experience in security or law enforcement, physical ability to handle emergencies and heavy objects, and the ability to qualify with and carry a firearm while on duty.
