Description
The Security Shift Supervisor oversees the efficient and professional operation of the Security Department during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property. Responsibilities include supervising and instructing security team members, conducting pre-shift briefings, establishing shift schedules, delegating assignments, reviewing incident reports, authorizing arrests, responding to emergencies, monitoring compliance, and supporting security officers. The role requires at least six months of professional supervisory experience in casino security or a comparable field, leadership and decision-making skills, communication ability, required certifications and licenses, and the physical capacity to perform demanding shift duties.
