Description
The Security Shift Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, rounds, reports, coverage, and emergency responses are followed. The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, preparing reports, coordinating with company management and client representatives, and may include performing Security Officer duties. A high school diploma or GED and two years of related experience are required, with retail experience preferred; the wage range is $18–$20 per hour.
