Description
The Security Shift Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at assisted-living facility client sites. Responsibilities include enforcing post orders, completing rounds, filing reports, responding to emergencies, coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, ensuring adequate coverage, preparing reports, and meeting with client representatives. The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of related experience; retail experience is preferred. The wage is $19.50 per hour, and the position may require overtime, travel, and physical activity.
