Security Shift Supervisor at The Children’s Village

The SCS Shift Supervisor oversees all SCS Security Counselors working the shift and is responsible for maintaining the well-being, safety, and continued care and supervision of all children at the RTC. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in childcare, law enforcement, or security work preferred. The position also requires respect for children’s well-being, the ability to work with at-risk youth in a residential treatment center, effective oral and written communication, and computer proficiency.
