Titan Security is hiring a Security Supervisor to supervise operations at an assigned client site, manage a team of security officers, coordinate scheduling and training, handle escalated incidents, maintain security logs and procedures, and monitor access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems. The role requires at least two years of continuous supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, three years of security officer or related experience, a valid Wisconsin private security license, English proficiency, and the ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.
