Description
The Security Shift Supervisor manages security operations across three Bally's Black Hawk retail licensed casinos on an assigned shift, leading security officers and overseeing gaming and non-gaming activities. The role represents the Security Director with guests and team members, enforces laws, regulations, internal controls, and company policies, resolves guest issues, supports other departments, and maintains high guest-service standards. Candidates must have a Colorado Division of Gaming Support license, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and at least two years of progressively responsible security operations and management experience; casino operation experience is preferred. The position offers a $22.50 salary, health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, and other employee benefits.
