Description
The Resort Shift Manager oversees shift activity and safety at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, responding to emergencies, incidents, and guest or patron issues; directing and supporting team members; maintaining property standards; reviewing incident reports; communicating updates and shift information; and coordinating with management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, a gaming work permit, alcohol awareness card, valid driver’s license, ASHI first aid and safety certificate, ASHI adult, infant and child CPR certificate, firearm registration, and preferably three years of experience in casino security, military, or law enforcement.
