Westhab is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Housing and Services-Security department at a homeless shelter. The role reports to the Security Manager and oversees fire life safety systems, emergency response, security inspections, incident reporting, equipment checks, staff training, and facility safety rounds. The position pays $28 per hour and requires a Fire Life Safety Director F-89 Certificate of Fitness, a New York State Security Guard License, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification, a practical degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of security and fire detection systems, a personal vehicle, and flexible availability.
