Description
The Security Shift Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, patrols, inspections, reports, coverage, and emergency responses are completed. The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, preparing personnel and security reports, coordinating with company management and client representatives, and may include performing Security Officer duties. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, driver certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand, walk, patrol, and work in varied physical conditions.
