Description
Guardteck is hiring an experienced Security Site Manager to lead security operations at a major retail shopping centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, incident response, investigations, CCTV and access-control systems, compliance, KPIs, and emergency preparedness; leads and develops the security leadership team; and manages relationships with property management, retailers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of security leadership experience, current OFA Level 2 and AST certification, and experience in retail, hospitality, or another premium customer-facing environment. The position pays $26–$32 CAD per hour.
