Glean is hiring a Security Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain security features across its Work AI platform. The role covers authentication and authorization, API and data security, secure communication, security testing, code reviews, incident response, and security process documentation. Candidates need a computer science or related degree, at least five years of software development experience focused on security, and experience with secure authentication, secure coding, TLS/SSL, security testing, cloud security, and container security. The position is remote and offers a base salary of $185,000 to $260,000 annually, plus medical, vision, dental, equity, and other benefits.
