RPI Group is hiring a full-time, mid-level Security Software Engineer – Red Team Penetration Tester in Dahlgren, Virginia, to support red team penetration testing for a mission-focused Navy customer. The role requires five years of experience in Linux and Windows, extensive penetration testing and red team operations knowledge, software development and cloud security experience, and relevant certifications. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold an active security clearance, and meet DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II requirements. The salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 annually.
