Description
Apple’s SPEAR team is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow a collaborative team of software engineers improving the security of critical operating system software. The role manages software security projects through design, implementation, testing, and integration; provides technical oversight; partners with security engineering leaders on roadmaps and emerging threats; and hires and develops engineers. Required qualifications include experience leading software teams developing operating system services, native SDKs, or native applications; hands-on system-language development; deep software security knowledge focused on memory safety and binary-exploitation mitigations; system-level design knowledge; and a proven record of successful software delivery.
