Security Solution Architecture at Microsoft

Microsoft is hiring an Enterprise Identity Architect for the UK defence sector to lead hybrid on-premises and cloud identity architecture, consolidate multi-forest Active Directory estates, establish a master identity model, and deliver Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, PIM, PAM, and cross-domain access controls aligned with ASP 240, JSP, NCSC, and other defence assurance frameworks. The role requires transferable UK DV clearance, enterprise-scale IAM architecture leadership, and experience in regulated or defence-adjacent environments; it is permanent or long-term contract with approximately three days per week onsite at UK sites.
