CDW is hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to provide second-level incident response, client support, and managed detection and response services on Microsoft Sentinel and Defender. The role monitors and resolves cyber incidents, performs root-cause analysis, escalates issues, reviews quality-assurance tickets, improves SOC processes, mentors less senior resources, and participates in SOC projects. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma, 1–4 years of information technology or security experience, intermediate managed-security certifications, and availability for a 24/7, seven-day-per-week managed-services schedule. The position pays $33.34–$46.46 per hour.
