Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Security Specialist to support its Workplace Safety & Support Program. The role assesses and manages complex patient, visitor, and workplace violence and behavioral safety concerns; provides consultation, case management, staff and leader support, trend analysis, process improvement, and enterprise safety initiatives. It is a hybrid position requiring the incumbent to live within 100 miles of the Rochester, Minnesota campus or a Mayo Clinic Health System site, with occasional flexibility across U.S. time zones. The position pays $80,184.00 to $112,257.60 per year and requires a bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience, an associate degree with five years, or a high school diploma/GED with seven years, plus a CPP designation or equivalent within two years of employment.
