PNC is hiring a Senior Security Specialist to define and scale enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance, align policy, risk, controls, and operations, improve control effectiveness and audit readiness, and mentor junior team members. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Dallas, or Lakewood, with possible remote work in select locations subject to approval. It requires 8+ years of IAM, cybersecurity governance, risk, controls, audit, or related security leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities. The base salary is $112,000 to $228,800, with incentive eligibility.
