Description
Shecurity is hiring female security staff for a permanent team at a spa and wellness facility in central Berlin. The role supports guests at the entrance and provides on-site security when guests do not follow instructions, situations may escalate, house bans must be enforced, difficult conversations occur, aggressive or threatening behavior arises, or additional professional security presence is needed. Part-time and full-time schedules are possible, with 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts during opening hours from 12:00 to 24:00. Applicants need a valid trade knowledge assessment under § 34a GewO or willingness to obtain one, a friendly and calm manner, good German skills, and reliability; English is an advantage.
