Shecurity is hiring female security staff for the weekly market, Street Food Thursday, and occasionally themed markets at Markthalle Neun in Kreuzberg. The role involves visible presence, crowd and entrance management, enforcement of house rules, calm conflict de-escalation, occasional alcohol-age checks, and first-aid or evacuation support. Part-time and full-time schedules are possible, with shifts on Saturdays, Thursdays, and occasionally Sundays. Applicants need proof of competence under Section 34a of the Trade Regulations Act or willingness to obtain it, a friendly and calm demeanor, German proficiency, and reliability; English is an advantage.
