Description
Fair Haven Community Health Care is hiring a Security Supervisor to report to the Director of Facilities and oversee security operations across its facilities. The role manages a contracted security team, security systems, parking, incident response, regulatory compliance, training, records, budgets, and coordination with law enforcement and emergency services. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, a Connecticut driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least three years of security experience in patient safety, preferably in an ambulatory care or FQHC setting.
