Description
The Security Supervisor leads and manages security staff, performs security officer duties as needed, enforces security procedures, responds to emergencies, trains Security Officers and Shift Leads, coordinates with operations management, conducts inspections, and assists with payroll and personnel management. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, composure under pressure, knowledge of security operations and technology, organization, and the ability to coach and develop teams.
