The Security Supervisor leads a security team and oversees investigations, safety programs, employee performance, hiring and disciplinary actions, legal compliance, and coordination with law enforcement and gaming authorities. The role requires strong security, law enforcement, gaming, communication, leadership, and investigative skills, along with a college degree preference, knowledge of Oklahoma gaming regulations, and certifications in alcohol awareness, first aid, and CPR. The position requires varied shifts, overtime, court testimony, and the ability to work in casino environments.
