Description
The Security Supervisor oversees security and valet operations, including shift assignments, incident investigations, reports, employee scheduling, training, performance coaching, and guest and team safety. The role manages the valet arrival experience, coordinates with other departments, handles customer complaints, and maintains public order in a casino and surrounding facilities. A high school education is required, 3 to 5 years of security-officer experience is preferred, and the position requires First Aid and CPR certification and an Ohio Lottery Commission license.
