Description
The Security Manager assists the Security Manager in implementing, overseeing, and monitoring security matters and the enforcement of security policies and regulations for guests, employees, properties, and classified information. The role provides 24-hour security coverage, supervises security staff and contracted security companies, manages access, key, material, surveillance, emergency response, investigations, security rounds, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, and ensures compliance with hotel and local security requirements.
