Description
The Security Manager assists the Security Manager in implementing, overseeing, and monitoring security matters and the enforcement of security policies and regulations for guests, employees, properties, and classified information. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, providing 24-hour coverage, managing access and key control, operating surveillance equipment, conducting security investigations, performing security rounds, maintaining logs, supervising contracted security companies, training and scheduling staff, and supporting emergency response and performance evaluations. The role requires Lebanese nationality, a high school education or equivalent, and 2–4 years of hotel security experience, along with knowledge of fire control, CCTV basics, martial arts, computer literacy, and strong communication and organizational skills.
