Description
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is hiring a full-time Security Supervisor to report to the Safety and Security Manager and oversee security staff and 24-hour security operations across agency locations. The role coordinates security needs, equipment, contractor access, incident reporting, investigations, and compliance; recruits, develops, and supervises security personnel; and maintains personnel records and union relations. Required qualifications include at least three years of direct security supervisory experience, five years of security experience, LGBTQ community familiarity, MS Office proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid California driver license, and the ability to be insured.
