MSS Security is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead and support a team of security officers at a high-profile site. The role oversees daily security operations, controls CCTV monitoring, radio communications, incident reporting, site checks, and emergency responses, while also coaching staff and serving as a contact for management and client representatives. Applicants need prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, an Australian security licence, and an Australian driver’s licence; security clearance is desirable but not required.
