Securitas is hiring a Security Supervisor in Southampton to support security services for a global aerospace, defence, and security organisation. The role supervises security officers, manages rosters and staffing, oversees incident reporting and investigations, monitors CCTV and access control, and ensures compliance with health and safety and site procedures. It is a site-based, 42-hour-per-week position on a 4-on, 4-off days-and-nights shift pattern, paying £15.60 per hour.
