Securitas is hiring a Security Supervisor for an international client’s office building in the Schiphol area. The role coordinates and coaches security colleagues, ensures daily operations, protocols, and communication are effective, improves processes, and handles administration in Excel. Applicants need an MBO Level 2 Security Officer diploma, at least four years of security-officer experience including one year coordinating, a valid BHV certificate, strong Dutch and English skills, a category B driver’s license, and their own transportation. The position offers a contract of at least 120 hours per four weeks, with the prospect of a permanent contract and guaranteed hours.
