Description
The Security Shift Supervisor assists the Security Shift Manager with the day-to-day operation of the security department, including training, discipline, evaluation, planning, and running scheduled shifts of subordinates. The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, a high school diploma or equivalent, appropriate licensing, background investigation clearance, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Prior security, military, or supervisory experience is a plus.
