Marksman Security is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee security personnel on Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The role supervises staffing and coverage, coordinates call-offs and emergencies, conducts patrols and site inspections, and serves as the primary contact for shift security operations. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2–3 years of security experience, prior supervisory or lead-officer experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV, and a valid driver’s license and clean driving record where applicable.
