SMIT Elektrotechniek is hiring a Security Systems Engineer to translate customer requirements and on-site conditions into security designs for residential construction projects in the Randstad. The role covers camera, fire alarm, intrusion detection, and access control systems; preliminary cost estimates; coordination with customers, colleagues, and technicians; technical support during implementation; and technical improvements. The position requires MBO-4 or HBO-level knowledge in electrical engineering, ICT, or a comparable technical field, security-systems design experience, knowledge of the listed systems, clear communication, independent problem-solving, and a Category B driver's license.
