Description
The Security Systems Engineer / Estimator will design, configure, estimate, and support integrated electronic security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and intercoms. The role covers technical scopes, bills of materials, cost estimates, proposals, pre-sales support, client presentations, project handoffs, installation and commissioning support, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues. Candidates need an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of security engineering or estimating experience, and hands-on knowledge of major security platforms and networking fundamentals.
