DPD is hiring a permanent Security Team Leader for its B69 4DA - HUB 3 site, working 40.25 hours per week on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern. The role oversees and supports Security Officers and Gatehouse Operatives, assigns work, monitors compliance, manages incidents and escalations, conducts return-to-work meetings, handles investigations and employee concerns, and provides training and coaching. The position requires proven experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and leadership skills, vigilance, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
