Flywire is hiring a Security Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional security programs from ideation through deployment, including Secure-SDLC, vulnerability and threat orchestration, compliance audits, and security roadmaps. The role partners with Product, Engineering, SRE, and external regulators; uses enterprise AI and cloud-based security tools; and provides guidance to junior security and program team members. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least two years of technical program management experience, extensive financial services and global payments experience, and proficiency with PCI-DSS, SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2. The position is full-time, hybrid, and pays a US base salary of $97,000–$120,000 plus benefits.
