Description
Sierra is hiring a Security Program Manager to lead end-to-end security and infrastructure programs across cloud infrastructure, platform security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery. The role owns program execution, planning, risk, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes; helps shape security strategy; builds durable security foundations; and translates complex security, risk, and compliance challenges into structured workstreams. The position requires experience running security-focused technical programs in fast-growing SaaS or platform environments, strong technical fluency across cloud, IAM, infrastructure as code, observability, secure CI/CD, and incident response, and clear communication with senior technical and business leaders.
