STMicroelectronics is hiring a Functional Validation Engineer for its Imaging Validation department to validate the security and functional performance of Camera Image Sensor SoCs. The role focuses on secure boot, root of trust, authentication, encryption, hashing, secure firmware updates, secure streaming, anti-tamper mechanisms, and hybrid classical and post-quantum cryptographic validation. The engineer will use FPGA prototyping and circuit silicon, apply Python and C, debug embedded systems, and collaborate with design, architecture, firmware, embedded software, and application teams.
