Bayer is hiring a Seed Processing Operator X4 in Kabwe, Zambia, to set up and operate seed-processing equipment such as dryers, shellers, fine cleaners, color sorters, and seed treaters; manage product flow and quality; support warehouse activities; and maintain safety, housekeeping, documentation, and continuous-improvement standards. The role requires a grade 12 certificate, 2–7 years of plant operations and engineering experience, a CE driver’s license, forklift certification, seed-processing competency, and computer skills.
