Description
The role manages and supervises a Segment organizational unit at plant level, aligning with objectives and KPIs, improving service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and governance, leading direct reports, planning team activities, defining objectives and responsibilities, supporting development, and implementing performance and organizational improvements. The position requires a university degree and at least five years of experience in a production management-related role, along with communication, change management, teamwork, and other leadership competencies.
