Description
The role manages and supervises a segment organizational unit, sets objectives and KPIs, leads direct reports, plans team activities, defines responsibilities, supports professional development, and drives performance improvement, governance, process execution, and change management. It requires a university degree in a technical, industrial, quality, supply-chain, or management field, at least five years of experience in the wiring industry, leadership experience, French and English, and competencies in planning, Lean manufacturing, KPI analysis, and process optimization.
