Description
The Selection Program Manager supports Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Central Selection team by leading selection analysis, assortment strategy, governance, and cross-functional program coordination across grocery banners. The role partners with category management, merchandising, operations, technology, and other teams; identifies assortment gaps and optimization opportunities; maintains selection processes and reporting; and supports seasonal and ad hoc initiatives. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and familiarity with retail selection or assortment-planning tools. The position is available in New York, Austin, Arlington, and Seattle, with base salaries ranging from $74,200 to $142,800 annually depending on location.
